Absolutely unprofessional. 24 hour help? More like 24 hours or no work ! If we had no phone me and my crew would have been stuck there indefinitely , what if nobody came for us ? It’s an abandoned flat. We had to call the fire brigade because you would not answer your so called “24 hour service”. We are shaken up and we were terrified ! Do better !
