I used to go to the tanning shop in Soho but unfortunately it has closed and I had to come to this one. When I arrived, there were 3 people sitting on a bench, but since i didn't know that they were queuing I went straight to the receptionist to let her know that i have arrived for my appointment. But as soon as I have tried to approach the reception girl, one of the customers started loudly telling me that there is a queue, I have to wait, and accused me of not being polite etc. I have tried to explain myself at first, but that person would just not listen at all but continued to be rude. It was extremely shocking that someone can let themselves to behave this way nowadays, but the most disappointing was the fact that the lady at the reception was also not trying to figure out what is going on, clear the situation out and explain how things work at this place to both of us. In the end, I found out that that customer customer was waiting for a different sunbed than me. And again, if the Tanning shop personnel would be willing to sort this situation out, all this confusion could be easily avoided. I was very upset and angry at the end, but I had to still tan with them as I had a limited time and couldn't go anywhere else. The sunbed was pretty strong and good, but the base of the sunbed (standing) was very sticky and dirty, so i had to tan in my socks. Also, I have never been offered/ given eye shields. The experience wouldn't be that bad at the end if for the service, cleaning issue, and "warm welcome" I have received there. Never again.

I visit new open tanning shop I have friendsly and I was really disappointed of the highness of the new open place . As usual I wipe feet point and the handles up way in the sun stay bed and I find charcoal color on wipe … really disgusting and I am sorry to say this but I didn’t expect that from big brand company like tanning shop . The girls at the front desk are always pretty, smiling and professional.the place is always clean.its a bit more expensive that classic sunbed but the sunbed itself is good quality with the music blasting from it
