    The manager (I believe his name is Mehdi) at this hotel needs to be fired. I called the hotel several times updating them on my travel plans, the airline I booked for my trip ended up going on strike so my travel plans were canceled. I called the hotel letting them know of my situation and asked for atleast a partial refund as the situation was not my fault. The manager told me to use my travel agency to get the refund as it was “not their problem” after calling my travel agency, they went back and forth, he was extremely rude to the agency and hung up on them several times, when I told him I will try to merge the call so that he could speak to them on the other line, he hung up the phone on me. Eventually he told his staff to tell the travel agency that he is not present and will not be back till the end of the day, even though I spoke to him 10 minutes is prior to them calling. Horrible horrible experience. I would rather pay extra money to deal with honest and non-money hungry scammers next time.

    From 🇨🇦 Friendly Staff : 10 out of 10. Cleanliness: 10 out of 10. Location to visit London sites: Very good. I stayed in an ensuite my first night but I was so jet lagged I don’t remember much. I came back 4 days later after traveling north and had a basic suite for three nights which was fine. Comfy bed and wifi, safe and sink and coffee and tea maker. Immaculately carpeted. 10/10.

    Stay away from them. I wanted to cancel my reservation, but there was to way to contact them. They didn't respond to multiple emails and messages on Booking. I called them, but the person who picked up said that he is not responsible for reservations and he doesn't have phone number to reservation team. Booking tried contacting them too - no response. Booking is currently investigating this.

Cleaning was good enough every day. It was room of the same floor as the front desk, but there is sound and vibration all right when train (subway?) passes except the night. Also, I thought that the water area was a little too narrow. The shower booth is too narrow and a little difficult. Nonetheless, it is recommended hotel if it is rather cheap and wants to see London sightseeing. (Original) パディントン駅からのアクセスはとても良いです。ロンドン市内を観光するならとても便利。 スタッフのみなさんもとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。（説明時の英語がめっちゃ早くて、英語がポンコツな私には少し理解が大変でした…笑　が、めっちゃ丁寧に周辺の案内もしてくれて嬉しかったです。）毎日の清掃も十分でした。 フロントと同じ階の部屋でしたが、夜以外は電車（地下鉄？）が通過するとそこそこ音と振動があります。 あと、水回りは少し狭すぎるかなと思いました。シャワーブースが狭すぎて少し大変です。 とはいえ、安めでロンドン観光をしたいならオススメのホテル。
