Misleading website and incredibly rude staff. Constantly call and leave voicemails then deny any call at all when called back and asked to stop. The website is misleading, cannot book online, when speaking to an agent the prices shoot up or “the route is not available and the website hasn’t updated”. The staff are rude and show no accountability. Stay away from them.

I have had a horrible experience with this company, they are so unprofessional. The staff made changes to my flight without my knowledge during the pandemic. Saira even went as far to tell me her colleague (Alex) has been fired for providing me with the wrong information. I am disgusted and will be taking this further. Save your money and book elsewhere not worth the stress.

I booked a flight to Jamaica which I had to rearrange cost £600 + £400 in total to then find that I couldn't check in the day before my flight After spending hours on the phone to BA and the WiseMiser, they admitted that they hadn't actually booked my flight It took me 3 weeks to get my refund, I spent hours on the phone and it wasn't until I found their director's name and threatened action that they sped their process and offered me a measly £200 compensation despite being self employed and booking the entire 2 weeks off of work It is evident that the company is also very disjointed and unorganised. It took 20mins for them just to trace my case every time I called For the sake of a couple of hundred pounds, go direct or use a more reliable agent
