The Women's Wellness Centre team provides excellent service and are incredibly professional and kind. Whilst attending my antenatal OB appointments (which are frequent!) I have only had very positive experiences with the staff. I have received all of my test results quickly and anything I need has been posted to my patient portal immediately. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Despite receiving positive news we had a very disappointing first (7 week) scan. What should have been a magical moment was lessened by a sonographer with very poor bedside manner. As soon as we went in it felt rushed like she wanted us out within 10 minutes. Condescending when answering our questions and no hint of a “congratulations”. This is our third pregnancy and we have been here numerous times in the past (with a different sonographer) and our experience previously was great, however this last experience was very disappointing and is certainly not something one would expect from a private appointment.

What a wonderful clinic! From the lovely reception staff, to the gynaecologist they were so friendly and professional, and made me at ease from the get go! I saw Zara (zahra?) who was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience comfortable for me, I would highly suggest a visit to this clinic, the results were were very quick and sent via email in detail. The entire experience is pleasant, everyone makes you feel very welcomed, the clinic itself is modern and very clean! ( also it has a wonderful playroom for small children if you’re travelling with your little ones)

As other reviews clearly state, the service in this clinic is very poor. I actually will qualify it as unacceptable for a private clinic, considering I have tried many private practices in London and I know the standards when you pay similar fees. I went for a consultation, and only got a prescription one month later of the appointment because I chased multiple times. They also went ahead and performed a bunch of exams on my samples without my authorization, and tried to charge my insurance for it. I normally don't take the time to submit any reviews, however, the experience was so unpleasant that I actually feel I need to share it with other women. Please avoid, if you really don't want to be disappointed with the service.

Very bad experience, the doctors might be ok but the staff at the reception is completely clueless. It's not enough to check twice, you have to check at least 5 times that they booked you with the right doctor or for the correct procedure. Huge waste of time and money.

Excellent staff and phlebotomist (I don’t remember her name but she is blond , long curly hair ). I barely felt the needle for the first time in my life. She was very gentle and new how to get the perfect angle to make it as comfortable as possible for me and painless. Kudos to the team 🙏

I had an appointment in July, and received a report of my blood tests via email, but no written explanation about what the report was telling me. I called several times, asking why I wasn't sent a letter explaining the results, and was told that a nurse would call me back. No one has called me back, and I still have no idea what the report is telling me. I paid hundreds for this blood test and feel ripped off.

The Women's Wellness Centre is a very friendly, helpful and professional health Centre. The Centre Manager Ms Alex ensured that I had all my tests done in a seamless manner, and communicated back to me timely and efficiently with regards to my results. She was very happy to explain things I did not understand regarding my booked tests to give me clarity as I am not very conversant with medical terms. I0 over 10 I would recommend her and the Women's Wellness Centre.
