A number of years ago we made an order for lunch catering for cowes week racing day, we made the order months in advance , the evening before the event the owner told us he wasn’t going to do our order on the basis that he had larger more important orders … the order wasn’t that small anyway from memory 15 persons. The attitude was appalling and our charter company has grown since then to one of the largest charter companies in the Solent but I’ve never forgotten the attitude unprofessionalism and unreliability of this company - his loss as his poor decision has ended up costing him many thousands directly over the years and indirectly through the companies we do not recommend them to.
