Bought a Hatsan Factor and after using it for the first time the trigger mechanism failed/broke, went back to the shop and got some great customer service! Either I could have the gun fixed or I could return/exchange it for a different model so I decided to put a little more money in and pay the difference to upgrade to a BSA Ultra CLX, he (sorry I can't remember your name) filled it and showed me how to operate it and it's been great, amazing little air rifle! Couldn't ask for better customer service and reasonably priced too! Great shop would 100% recommend!
