Parking is not so easy, but they have a regular free advice session which is very helpful, it would be nice if other solicitors offered similar services. Thomas flavell's have been operating in Hinckley for many years and are one of the most popular solicitors in the area.

My sister and I met Vijay Singh when our Mum died. He was so obviously friendly and efficient in our initial meeting, we decided then and there to ask him to handle Probate. Mum died on October 18th and Probate has already been granted. We cannot praise Vijay highly enough! He treated us with respect and humour and we thoroughly recommend him.

Bought and sold a property through TF&S, never again! Paperwork lost several times, emails and phone calls not responded to, documents to complete exchange not provided when a date had been proposed, nightmare stressful company to deal with. I would not recommend at all!

Please avoid this company they are abrupt do not return calls after promising to. When one is dealing with a bereavement this adds to even more stress, they have no compassion. Further more 6 months later they are totally incompetent dealing with clients estate.

Land registry issues after 2 and a half years! No reply when I’ve rang the Hinckley office with enquiries on many occasions! No one seems to care. Left to find another solicitor to finish the ‘ problems’.
