Thomas Masters was highly recommended to us by a previous customer and we were not disappointed. From the beginning to the end Thomas Masters team were brilliant. They were professional, friendly and committed to help in every way they could. They had an enormous task in hand with heavy, difficult, awkward and fragile items to carry and remove. They had no worries about any part of the removal process and they really couldn’t do enough to help and nothing was too much trouble for them which obviously made the removal process easier. Absolutely nothing was damaged and everything was well wrapped and packed. We have nothing but praise for the team and will definitely return to Thomas Masters in the future. Thank you for your help. We highly recommend this firm.

Do not use this storage company! We recently used this storage company while moving house to store our household items. We originally agreed a price with Natalie for it then to be doubled once we received the invoice, as this wasn't agreed or signed for we refused to pay this figure and advised it wasn't what was in our contract. Once I challenged this the customer service I received from Thomas Masters was appalling. Natalie become very unprofessional over text message to then receive a call off the owner of the company Keith. Keith was abusive, rude and unprofessional down the phone. I repeatedly terminated the call with Keith and Natalie as advised them to call me back once they had calmed down and was prepared to have a professional conversation. Keith repeatedly rang my personal phone and continued to be abusive and aggressive down the phone (Reading the reviews this isn't the first time Keith has been abusive to customers) Keith then advised I had to remove the contents of the storage unit by the end of the day or it would be left outside once I challenged this and asked for the polices and contracts he was unable to provide this. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company due to our shocking and unpleasant experience. The storage unit itself is very small, unclean and tidy with many dangerous hazards. Stay away from this disaster of a company!

After 15 years being in my beautiful home me and my husband had decided that now was the time to make the plunge and move to our forever home. As you can imagine the anxiety and sheer thought of moving with 15 years worth of possessions was daunting to say the least, but what can I say, Thomas Masters came to the rescue! From the initial quotation visit I had with Michael, the email correspondence with Natalie through to the actual removal day mine and my husbands minds were completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for the guys! I was gob smacked with how quick and efficient they were! From arriving at our property at 08:30 we were packed up and unpacked at our new property by midday!! Fantastic! Wow! The guys were kind, funny, friendly and fantastic. We could not fault them at all! At our new property it was a sad occasion for all concerned, especially the elderly lady of the property who was still there to say her final goodbyes after 60 years and the guys were very empathetic and respectful of this. I found that to be a very dignified moment. Thank you. Upon leaving me and my husband at our new property all of the team took the time to shake our hands and wish us well. Such a personal moment and one I will never forget. Thank you lads! Keep doing what you do cos you’re doing great! Hats off to Thomas Masters 😊
