Absolutely shocking!! Sold us Goldfish that was ill and Covered in white spot... I would avoid this pet shop at all costs. Extremely rude and wouldn’t take there Ill fish back on the day of purchase. I’ll never shop here again. I now have an extremely disappointed sad son, due to their recklessness, of selling Ill fish that are kept in poor conditions.

Bought a fresh water fish. Got a New tank,fresh water, new filter and the fish got white spot within 2 days. Went back to shop for advice and was told it was dirty water that may have caused it. What!!! All new gear and water. They denied it was down to them and sold me some treatment. When I pointed out the tank it had come from in the shop which had a lot less fish in ie 2. they said it wasn’t from that tank. Not so!!! No apologies. Will go elsewhere in future. I always try to support my local business but this is not acceptable.
