Secretary is sooooo rude and officious. promises phone calls which never materialise ....is extremely unwelcoming ....will not be using Thornloes again which is a shame because Harriet is lovely and has done quite a bit of work from our family - mother, sister extended family Tec ......but this family member will not be using for anything.

Emailed to inquire about Will Aid. The secretary replied and asked me to call at the beginning of November. I called back on the morning of 1 November to be told in quite an offish way, that I was too late! After questioning she explained with negative tone in her voice that people had been calling since September and there was no places left! I relayed her email message back to her about calling back in November and she denied saying that and made me feel very uncomfortable and made me wonder if I had read the message wrong. After I got off the phone I checked my email and forwarded it to her to prove her telling me to call back in November and she didn't have the decency to even reply, let alone apologise for her mistake! RUDE! I would not want to discuss my personal business with that type of person, avoid!
