    My brother has been sectioned, and put into this hospital. No communication has been happening at all with his relatives. He was moved to another place, 4 hours drive from Crookham ward, and again no one was informed. When I tried emailing, the emails were never replied. When he was moved, his cloths were not passed with him. When I tried to find out, the staff would just drop the phone, , then never pick up the phone, needless to say that emails just get ignored. Really poor service! These patients deserve to be treated like human beings, not like flowers that just need food, shelter and medication.

    My Son is a patient at this place at moment.No contact to let know when meetings are.Alarms keep going off this is disturbing him as cant concentrate, No communication between hospital and parents.

    Very difficult to find when I visited my grandson who was sectioned. Although we eventually arrived too late for visiting hours, the staff very kindly agreed to allowing us to meet with him for a few minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. Subsequently, my grandson was released from the section, but with nowhere to go. Although he is considered to be safe to release, he is also considered to be too dangerous to be placed in supervised, non-secure accommodation or a place of his own. He cannot return to his home as he is a danger to his little brother, who is twelve. So he is moving between the houses of his two grandmothers who are both over seventy. The Adult Mental Health Team do not want to know as the case is too difficult for them.

    Because I drove passed it over and over again. What should of taken an hour turned out to be 5 hrs. Sat Nav just messed up completely.Once I got close by to my destination the Sat Nav failed to locate the presice address. The locals were just as clueless abd useless as the GPS. NIGHTMARE JOURNEY EVER. Eventually I used my own intuitive and found it the old fashion way. PRICELESS!!!
