Dealing with this company has been the worst part of our home renovation. Everything they designed for us ended up being incorrectly sized, late, and they don’t reply to your emails or calls to rectify anything. We have had to return every single part of our bathroom suite as all of it was wrong. The lady who originally designed for us was extremely rude not just to us but other customers in the store. The quality of their products is nice so it’s such a shame that they don’t have their act together when it comes to correct design or customer service.

Initially I thought this would be great place to shop for my tiles and bathroom unit. I have been waiting for months for my shower screen with no communication from Daniel Gold who was dealing with my order, nor the customer service team. I was hounded for the second payment with Daniel messaging me out of the usual business hours and yet, when I’ve wanted an update about my order he’s been too busy or simply doesn’t care to return calls. Similar to their customer service team. Called yesterday and they have no clue about where or when this final item will be delivered. They have lovely units but I would not recommend buying from here.

I went into the TBK showroom in May 2022. I chose to go there after a Google search that the company was the winner of the KBB bathroom award for best showroom of the year 2021. I did not make an appointment,which turned out to be fortunate as, after a short wait, I was attended to by Gary Parker - the Senior Manager. My request to him was to design and refit two bathrooms in our newly purchased apartment in South West London. I have always been aware that chosing ones own design with matching tiles is more than likely to result in an expensive mistake. I was very impressed by the the website's completed projects and the showroom designs and fittings - and much more importantly by Gary himself. In consequence, we agreed a budget and then I left the design and choice of tiles and fittings completely to him. Gary came to our flat within a few days to review, and shortly afterwards I received the quote in full detail which was acceptied. Moving forward to November this year and the bathrooms have been completed. Gary's gift of design and stylish choice of tiles and fittings is amazing and the result has exceeded expectations. Gary also recommended the contractor he usually works with, Piotr Tomas. I could not have found a better professional and cost effective team and the project was finished in four weeks. I am a very satisfied and happy customer having had excellent customer service.

Went today with my wife and 2 kids to look for 2 new bathrooms and tiles, went upstairs to look around, to be honest we never got no help from anyone we had to go ask for help and the help we got was just a yes or no, nothing more. There was a bathroom sink which my wife liked, my wife went to some asian lady, we told her can we have the price for this bathroom sink she told us oh we can't give you a price on anything here cause everything here is made to order, we was shocked, at the end we knew no one wanted to help us, so we left

I recently bought my 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom from this company ..I absolutely loved the tiles that I couldn't compare with any other places. The lady called Jigna helped me to choose which tiles would be the best for I was looking for and she was very helpful ..On the delivery day, I changed my mind and called Jigna in the morning to change some of tiles I bought to a different ones that I did see before.She has got a brilliant memory,before I said it she knew which one I was talking about so eventhough time frame was very tight she managed to change the tiles quickly before came out from the warehouse and refund me the difference very next day ..I am pleased with the tiles and the service ..I can not fault it..
