We've just bought a used Mercedes E Class from Tim, having been looking for some time. We found it online on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend, messaged Tim and arranged to view it on the following Tuesday. He said that we wouldn't be disappointed...and we weren't. The car was immaculate and he had gone well above and beyond what I'd ever have expected a dealer to do by way of preparation. Ironically, there was a slight issue with the rear suspension (a replacement part was faulty, so not his fault) so he provided me with a courtesy car, sorted the issue the following day and then delivered the car by lunchtime. Flawless, impeccable service and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
