Tim is a fantastic plumber. He had to do a repair job to the toilet and the flooring around the toilet after the original man we employed for the job was lazy and careless. Tim solved the poor workmanship of the original plumber. Tim works hard, takes pride in the work he does and tries to keep costs down. His work is always of the highest quality. We recommend highly.

We have been without running water since New Year's Eve. This plumber arrived yesterday, did not have the right implements (though we did tell him it was a lead pipe that had burst) & was supposed to come back today. He has just messaged us to say that he had been waiting outside for ten minutes & we'd have to find someone else as "his time is valuable". Except that he was lying - he was never outside because we were looking out for him at the front door. Now it's too late to get somebody else. Absolutely shocking behaviour. Postscript. Yes, we did change the time of the appointment; we were told that was "fine". Otherwise, I stick by what I said. Plumber did not arrive. But let's say he did & we didn't hear him (or see him, since we were at the door). Why would he go away & text us to cancel? Why not just ring to tell us he was there? Makes no sense at all.
