You need to tell parents dropping their kids off to be more considerate and not to park up on the pavement on the double yellows blocking the pavement for pedestrians, and creating a hazard. Happens all. the. time. I will provide photos and number plates of offending vehicles if you wish.

Full five stars from me, my little girl has been in the baby room for just over one month now and she absolutely loves it. She has formed good bonds with the staff in the nursery and always seems so happy and sometimes doesn’t want to leave. The nursery is clean and well looked after the food that is offered to her is from a range of different cultures and part of a healthy diet. All the staff are so kind and friendly and the management are amazing, they Always answer any questions that I have and listen to anything I have to say. So all in all the nursery is absolutely superb and I would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much tiny tree staff you’re all wonderful

I personally have been sending my children to this nursery for over 6 years now and can honestly say they are amazing and deserve a lot of praise, the staff at tiny tree day nursery offer alot of support and are very friendly , my son has been with them for 2years and I cannot fault them in any way my son started off shy and clingy with me but now he is a totally different child and confident. I have never had an issue with going to any member of staff to speak about my son’s development and progress they have always provided me with a report of how he is getting on and given me plenty of ideas to help him with either eating or potty training, I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

This is the best nursery I've taken my child to, he settles immediately with the help and support from all of the lovely staff that care for him. The management team have been very helpful and very informative and always helpfully answer any questions I have. My child enjoys all the food that he's provided a healthy and balanced variety of food and is always well fed. The food provided is a cultural and enriching experience as they incorporate food from all around the world as part of they inclusiveness. My child has lots of fun from all the activities he is provided and just had the best time.

Child went for a year in that year didn't get one report or update on his progress like most nurseries provide, some months would get a monthly event letter other months nothing, I got one report on his last day at nursery asked for a copy was told they will provide it never received. On his last day he also was bitten by another child no one told us until I noticed in the bath that evening and child told me he was bitten by another child. He would also never eat the food provided as he is a very picky eater but instead of being honest and telling me hasn't eaten all day they would tell me he has eaten all his food when I know he would not even try the things they had given him. He would come home starving everyday I wouldnt recommend this nursery at all very poor service offered. Following the reply from the nursey They got me to sign stuff at the door and make sure they got the funding for that term and to cover for the lack of reports in that year, no contact has been made to send me the report this could have even been posted as you have our details. I don't think one report is acceptable when a child had attended just over a year. And I call a quick rushing him out the door at the end or the nursery day with a quick few words a regular update. I have no issues regarding flexible hours as most nurseries do not offer this my issue was not that at all and was never raised. My child got bitten by another child on the last day he wasn't going back thank goodness, this was not the first incident i had called on 2 other occasions when my child came home and told me he had been hit by other kids this should be on record. This review was left as my opinion on my experience of this nursery that I am entitled to leave as I would not recommend.
