Lisa helped us with the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing and found the whole process quite confusing at times, Lisa was so helpful with helping us apply for our mortgage and very patient having to explain everything to us. We offered on the house when the mortgage rates were quite high and lots of lenders were pulling products but Lisa found us a mortgage and we were approved. Luckily for us the sale took a little longer than expected and the mortgage rates came down, Lisa was always working in the background getting us on to the better rate. Lisa responded quickly and was pleasant, polite and took the time to explain things to us and kept us informed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tipping & Webb or use them again! Thank you 😊
