I was very impressed with TLC. From first meeting Tom, I found him to be very friendly and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Tom’s photographic abilities were excellent and I was really pleased with the standard of the photos used, they certainly enhanced the property. All house viewings were carried out very efficiently. Even though the sale of my house was straight forward, Tom always acted with professionalism and was very patient with my many telephone queries. Tom was very professional and the attention to detail is incredible. He provided a very clear guidance with all the potential tenants for property that was available for letting. From the beginning to the end I was kept informed and given advice and guidance as to the most suitable tenants. A very extensive set of photographs, of the standard of decoration, was undertaken as a record. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to let their property to contact Tom as soon as possible because you will be very pleasantly surprised.
