The worst experience I have ever had. Complete ripoff. This meant to be one of the best hair salons in UK and yet this is the worst when you compare the price list. Not only I didn't get what I wanted and promised that I would, I have been charged 270£ just for the ombre. What a joke? You pay this much money and yet being asked to pay extra for olaplax and blow dry??? I mean what is the point of consultation if you won't have an idea if you can do it? Had a consultation, showed the picture of what I want and the stylist giving me the price and agrees that it can be done, yet when I get there on the day "Senior" stylist who is doing my hair turns around saying yea I can't do it?? She can't put bleach on my hair fully and yet charging me 270£? This is the work of senior stylist. I can't even imagine what junior stylist's job would've been like. I have asked for blonde and I have left the salon with even darker hair as they are incompetent to do the job they've agreed in the first place. Services: Hair coloring, Ombre hair color

Had a fantastic colour from Libby but the cut (from a different person) was appalling. The way they offered to resolve by not charging and offering to fix was fine but that won't save my hair....it looks like Edward Scissorhands has styled it.

What a lovely set of people! I went into the salon early Saturday evening on the off chance someone could curl my hair for an event and hadn’t booked an appointment previously. After being turned away by a couple of salons the lovely lady on reception asked one of the stylists if she could help and she said yes. Amazing service, very friendly team and went above and beyond to help me and it made my evening having styled hair. They did a great job. Thank you guys. Highly recommend. X Service: Curly hair
