Awful service, waited 45 minutes for delivery after calling and chasing I was told that the 'delivery driver' has marked as delivered to my address. I had to drive all the way to Tony's Pitta Palmers Green, I was clearly waiting & was ignored as the 1st in the que. The other gentleman had the good grace to point to me. I explained my issue & was told 'sorry ' with a shoulder shrug, the young lady said "he is not answering his phone" its the company not us. Unbelievable, nothing further, no refund on my delivery charge ! No meaningful apology that I had waited 45minutes and then had to drive down to collect. Disgraceful service. Horrible service. I am out of pocket & definitely DO NOT recommend using this unprofessional outfit. What a, nasty was to treat a customer.
