Had such a great service from Jason at TopTubs. Our hot tub was tripping the electric, he came out the following day, knew exactly what was wrong with it. Part was ordered and he actually came out on Sunday to fit it. He checked all our levels of the water as well. Such a lovely guy, offered great advice on how to manage the levels of the tub. Honestly can’t recommend this company enough. Fantastic service! Will definitely use again. Thank you.

The guys, did an amazing job on our tub, they ordered a new filter, checked all the pipe work, electrics. Took apart all the jets and cleaned it inside and out. The guys also noticed we had 3 leaks which they sorted for us. 100% recommended these guys and will be having them back.

Hired the 5-7 person hot tub for our daughters 7th birthday party. The service we received was fabulous from start to finish. Communication was efficient and informative. Delivered on time, setup with minimal disruption. The instruction on how to operate was clear and precise. Collection was as smooth and efficient too. I recommend the additional gazebo hire to avoid the usual British weather spoiling the experience. We had our own to use, making the whole experience superb. Would highly recommend. 10/10.
