The store has abandoned cashier/waiting staff in favour of an infuriating iPad ordering system. I picked a Caesar salad, but was then presented with a lengthy list of questions about how I wanted the salad to be made. Did I want spinach, or lettuce, chicken etc.?Finally, I was presented with a shock that my options had added up to >£18. £18 for a salad - really? I pressed the back button and nothing happened. I left the restaurant empty handed and went to a nearby Chinese buffet instead. Crazy because I used to like Tossed. :(

Expensive place with little justification for the price in terms of service. Staff has consistently forgotten (?) items from the orders, sometimes going a full-180 (e.g. selecting extra dressing but getting less than normal dressing)
