Annabelle ( age 4 ) has been attending gymnastic classes with Totem Gymnastics Club for over a year now ( it has gone so fast , I feel like she started like a month ago ) and she has developed a lot with this time and keeps showing us at home what she has learned there. Helena and the team have created a good learning environment as my usually very stubborn child loves going to gymnastic classes and we have tried out a few other classes that she did not enjoy. There is always an opportunity to ask for feedback and you are kept up to date with your child's progress. The club also offers holiday camps that are a good way to keep your child active and develop them even more. Location is very close to city centre with free parking ( yay)

We love Helena! She is such a warm, energetic and friendly person. We started post covid and we were so nervous about being unable to watch our daughter practice. But the friendly welcome she got that 1st Friday and every Friday since made it very easy. I love that Helena tells them who is star of the week every session and keeps parents informed on progress. I could have taken my Mae Mae to another class with her other friends but as soon as she met Helena, there was no looking back! Thank you Helena for your positive energy!😊

My daughter has been coming for a couple of months now and she really enjoys it. It's the first ASD friendly class, I have been able to find for gymnastics and it is fantastic. Helena has gone out of her way to make sure she feels comfortable with the equipment as well as the staff and keeps me informed of any difficulties/positives from the session. Couldn't be happier with how she is coming along with her skills in gymnastics as well.

Helena and the other coaches are amazing. All 3 of my children attend different classes and they all absolutely love it. My son goes to the Autism class and I was very apprehensive about it, he's none verbal and has a lot of sensory needs. The first class I wanted to stay with him, but I left before the class had even started when I seen how happy he was. As soon as we pull into the car park he can't wait to get out the car. Last week I even had to go in and bring him out because he didn't want to leave. I can't recommend totem enough!

My daughter Pennie has been going to gymnastics with Helena and her wonderful team for the past few months and absolutely loves it. Helena is a teacher who is friendly engaging and has such a lovely manner with the children . Her sessions are jam packed with fun but also allow the children to gain valuable skills in strength, balance and coordination. Pennie always speaks enthusiastically of the sessions and practises throughout the week (proudly showing off her skills). Pennie looks forward to her gymnastics class each week so, thank you Helena for providing such a fun, energetic and friendly club of which Pennie is a proud member.

Totem Gymnastics is such a fabulous place for children, whatever their ability and level of confidence, to grow and learn! We had tried other clubs before coming to Totem and it’s only here that we feel that our daughters really get encouraged to be the best they can be. Helena and Nikko, have really made a difference to how our girls feel about themselves and have made them aim high and believe in themselves. The coaches are excellent role models for the children, and they really focus on each individual child and their abilities. I can’t recommend Totem highly enough :)

My daughter attends the classes here and it's her favourite thing to do in the week! We are not massively local but we don't mind travelling to it as she enjoys it so much and gets so much from it! And she has developed physically so much too, and is so strong and flexible now. Helena is so great with the kids. Definitely recommend it!

My little boy has grown in confidence and strength so much since coming to Helenas gymnastics classes. He’s always asking me ‘am I doing gymnastics today?’ I’m so pleased that he genuinely looks forward to it and I think that is definitely a positive reflection of Helena as a teacher. She’s encouraged him to be more independent which has helped his confidence massively. He always leaves the class buzzing his little head off at all the things they get up to. Literally the best! Xxx

Just want to say a massive thank you for making Emily first time in a new place a memorable one. She really enjoyed her self and talks about coming back every day. I was a little nervous myself with leaving her with people I never meet or even in a place I never been in to see. Your staff made me feel at ease when they took her from me, I loved the photos I received from her first day and Emily really enjoyed it that much that she has now become a little member of your gymnastics classes.
