Chantal handled our mortgage recently, I say handled, she left us hanging and we ended up missing out on the rates we wanted to go with. Then she decided to go on holiday without doing a hand over. Ignored our calls and emails beforehand. Very unprofessional. Won't recommend and won't be using again. Now we can't afford to borrow money and are struggling with our new mortgage rates. Can't describe how angry we are with her.
