I had 2-holiday lodges for sale adjacent to each other at Castlewood Leisure Park near Banchory in Aberdeenshire. The sale of both units was successfully handled by Town and Country Property Auctions to my utmost satisfaction. The duration of both sales took place through the pandemic period and this initially had a negative effect on activities, since no one could visit them to view. However, when things started to become more normal, interest was quickly generated and both sold satisfactorily. We met Bob from Town and Country at the property two hours before the arranged time as it would have been dark outside at our arranged time. This wasn't a problem for Bob and we got to see it before his first viewing and in the day light. We loved the property and put an offer in before the Auction date and it was accepted about 3/4 days later. From the date it was accepted we got the keys in 21 days and we moved in a week later. No Hidden fees or problems of any kind. Very Professional Company and I know Bob went out his way to keep me up to date with the progress. Been in the house about 6 weeks now and still can't believe what we got for our money. I wouldn't think twice in recommending this Company.
