i am very disapointed with the redbourn office, i recently was looking to buy a 4 bed house but was met at one property by an an agent who was very arrogant, as soon as i walked into the property i apologised that i knew it was too small and not to waste time i didnt need to look around, he took this personally and i bit my lip and left. i rang their office this week to enquire about a property but as it was late in the day the person who answered phone was in a rush to get me off the phone and said they would email the details of my enquiry, they didnt!! i am now using other agents.
