Bought a car with their tracker on it. Call up to pay the subscription fee to be told this unit is now obsolete (4yr old vehicle, 4 yr old tracker), and they require me to pay for a new install. Will be going elsewhere since they are either opportunistically trying to take an unnecessary sale OR their products become completely useless after only a few years. Either way is pretty damning. Customer service seems on the phone pretty poor as well to be honest. The lady I spoke to the second time should be nowhere near a customer facing role!

From the first initial call to the engineer coming out and fitting the Tracker locate to my van , service was spot on , then the App needed updating which I struggled with , The lad who guided me through it was superb, patient, takes me a while to get around to doing the reviews , thank you Darren and Oliver ( think I got that right lol ) for sorting my Tracker out with no issues 10/10
