I have used this company on many occasions - to purchase items for different motorcars. I have always found their product/advice and service to be first class and at very reasonable price. Having read one negative review about this company, I can only presume that the author was indeed unfortunate and Im sure if he was to use this company again he would find as I do, - that they are excellent. Have many friends who I have introduced to this company and all are of the same opinion - great source of good car parts.

I do not rate this business at all. After giving the index no. of my 2007 Jetta, Transhock supplied me with a drive shaft at a very fair price. The old shaft was taken out and the new one fitted. On the test drive it was found that a very pronounced vibration had developed and on further investigation it was discovered that the dimensions of the shaft supplied by Transhock differed from the original VW part removed from my car. As Transhock could not supply a suitable part and the garage could not afford to have a lift occupied or floor-space taken up by my car, it was decided to reconnect the old shaft and remove my car until the correct part was delivered. Syncro had to source it from a different supplier and at greater cost to me. Whilst I know Mark and his colleagues at Syncro, Pembroke Dock have bent over backwards to find an amicable solution to the situation and are fully aware of the needless extra expense caused by Transhock's blunder, Transhock seem to care nothing and I now have the expense yet again, to have the new shaft fitted. It must be said. "I found the lads at Syncro Pembroke Dock to be a great team but would I seek to purchase from Transhock in the future"??? NOT BL**DY LIKELY!!
