The staff aren't very helpful neither are they officiant in there time keeping or calling back to keep you updated on your injury claim if you end up with a woman called Jennifer I'd refer u to contact another company , bad attitude in polite service very ubrupt plus blamed personal life and children on why my claim wasn't followed up in the normal time something about children being sick wich I pointed out maybe you shouldn't be at work then if you have children who are sick and I offered to take my claim to another company 2idh infuriated the lady called Jennifer and I had to explain I am a customer and I won't argue on the phone or be spoken to in an agressive tone and manor all in all cap service and clearly over run with claims they aren't able to handle or sort thru in the correct amount of time ...
