Room not the best like staying in a bad student accommodation. The floor was sloping and can feel as walked in. Room view not the best looking into a gutter. Bed only good thing. Although the floor slope made it dip at an angle. Made you feel very uncomfortable. Thank god only there for one night. Probably one of the worse ones stayed in thus far. Be great they sort the sloping floors. There was even bumps in it.

Rooms: Family room booked as went away with our young son, put in a room (210) next to the lift where all the noise was, lift was noisey enough without the noise from people getting off it. Every door seems to slam shut in the hotel. The bathroom smelt like someone had used it just before we checked in. Then the fact that there was a dog in the room nextdoor barking all night!! Do not stay here if you want even half a decent night's sleep.

Poor experience all around. From the moment arrived, waited at reception for over 10 minutes for someone on reception to come check me in. Despite two staff members walking past and not acknowledging me or saying a member of staff will be there shortly. Paid for breakfast for two nights, needed to leave early as working in the area at Yorkshire Country and Game Fair so left 7am and 7:30 each day. Asked for a refund but member of staff could not process it, asked again the next morning and again the member of staff could not process the refund. Bed not comfortable at all, no fitted sheet just a flat sheet tucked into the corners which comes out easily. Pillows not great and cover ripped in the corner.
