My mum was over visiting me and my family on the island. Her tyre suddenly deflated in the food warehouse carpark due to tyre damage. BMW wanted to recover to a garage sometime this PM. Mum was due on the ferry at 09am the next day. Called Rob who came out within 90 mins and fitted new tyre. Brilliant service from a nice guy. I will use for all future tyre work on the island. Fantastic service from Rob. He was a massive help to us when we had broken down with a flat tyre and in distress with 2 kids! He was passing and we flagged him down and he was so helpful. Helped changed to the spare tyre and very kindly took away the flat tyre and changed and delivered it a few days later. Very friendly, polite and efficient.
