Had quite unpleasant experience with this agency and specifically James Tre trying to rent a lovely apartment in Rickmansworth. It is impossible to get any feedback from the agent after making an offer and sending all information requested - emails and calls to the office are not answered during several working days. They never send appointment reminders for viewing, even more - you won’t get any message if the agent gets late by 10 mins no matter what was the reason!! Just total silence and hope for the best while waiting on the street. In my opinion this illustrates lack of professionalism if not more. Processing enquiries like that may limit landlords’ opportunity to get the best option possible. It definitely ruined my perception of the company as a whole: frustration and perplexity are the only feelings associated with Trend & Thomas thanks to their agent. Will never deal with them in the future
