  This was our first time using we love pets service. We recently went on holiday and we used their service for a cat sitter to come and feed our cat. We received lots of photos and updates everyday, the cat sitters name was Hannah and she was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this service.

  I have been using their walking service for a year now and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I have received. The walkers consistently arrive late or sometimes not at all, and I have never received a call back despite attempting to contact Rebecca the business owner on numerous occasions. I understand that changes can happen, but I am frustrated that I am expected to give them two days notice for any changes while they do not extend the same courtesy to me. Additionally, I have never received an apology or compensation for the time I have wasted due to poor service. I would appreciate better communication and accountability from this company. As of now, I am forced to leave a poor review online due to my overall negative experience. While the walkers have been lovely and respectful towards my dog, I have been dissatisfied with the poor organisation and management of the dog care services provided by the business owner, Rebecca. I anticipate that Rebecca, the business owner, may respond to this review and shift blame onto the owner as she has done in the past. However, I believe that a professional service should take full responsibility for any issues and make necessary improvements rather than pointing fingers. It would be more appropriate for the business to apologise and focus on improving their service.

  I was really anxious about leaving my very bouncy, 14 month old labrador for 8 days. I needn't have been. He was matched perfectly with his carer who looked after him like he was, her own. He was settled quickly and enjoyed lots of walks, family time and play. I could tell from the update photos and videos that he was happy and having fun. As we drove away when I collected him, he was straining to see his carer through the car window, they'd obviously really bonded. I wouldn't hesitate to let him stay again, these guys are amazing.

  August 2022 - Our cockapoo Lucky had a great stay with Richard while we were away on holiday. Rebecca visited and paired us up with a boarder who could match Lucky’s usual routine. The whole process was very straightforward. Richard sent occasional updates and it was very reassuring to know that Lucky was well cared for and relaxed - as evidenced by her various comfy sleeping poses 😊. Thank you! October 2022 - many thanks to Rebecca for arranging a place for our cockapoo at short notice when we had to plan a trip to Scotland for a funeral. We were delighted that Richard was able to have Lucky for a second time. She ran to Richard when I dropped her off and settled in right away. It was very reassuring and Richard sent us occasional updates over the four days. Many thanks once again.

  I'm so glad we decided to use "We Love Pets Derby" services. From start to finish everyone was friendly, professional and responsive. Our cat sitter Penny did an amazing job at keeping our cat relaxed and not feeling alone. We were getting daily updates with photos, which made it so much easier for us to enjoy our holidays without worrying about the wellbeing of our cat. Thank you Rebecca and Penny 🙂

  Rebecca and her team provide absolutely top-class care for our cats and dog. She is always happy to help, and bends over backwards to help make a solution for our complicated work schedule. This has included very late and very early drop offs, picking up the pets from our house and sorting out care at extremely short notice. The staff really enjoy their time with our pets, getting to know them really well and I have every confidence that they are always cared for like precious family members. I have often asked advice from the dog walkers/boarders and they do all of this at a very reasonable price. Could not ask for more and would thoroughly recommend.

  Rebecca and her family looked after our 5 month old Boxer Ruby for a week. She was spoilt rotten and very happy and contented during her stay. I received regular updates photos and videos so I was constantly reassured all was well. Would definitely recommend using this service.

  Rebecca ensured our dog had a full assessment and was matched to the right boarder and the whole process was really user friendly! We kept in touch by text and sorted evening appointments around my work schedule. We got a perfect match in Helen and our German Shepherd had her first sleepover this weekend. We got photo updates and she had a great time ( and was an excellent house guest) so is welcome back. Perfect! This service is everything you could look for in dog boarding- your pet in a home from home being loved and cared for. Highly recommended 👌
