Brought a vehicle last weekend, sales process very good, but went down hill from there. Driving home engine management light came on, and another light which turned out to be the adblue low. Also noticed when warm engine started tapping. Rang service no answer, rang sales man Paul he put me through as matter of urgency as engine tapping not good, but no answer again So I rang trust Ford customer service centre told they transferred me again, guess what no answer. So rang back again and told them no one answered so they emailed service to ring me but guess what no call, a total of 15 times I’ve rang and no answer at all. Quick enough to ring when they wanted my £23.000. Still now 5 days on no phone call back or response from email. So I’ve taken it to my local Ford dealer in Tamworth that used to be a trust Ford dealer but now Johnson ford because they know how to answers a phone. And will not be purchasing from trustford again. Shocking service. Up date now 7mths on. This car as had to have a new cambelt and tensioners, idler pulley,oil changed, a vaporiser, egr replaced multiple updates, a new modem, two rear shock absorbers, and last week after multiple forced DPF regen’s, it had to have a new DPF filter. All issues except shocks were from the day I picked vehicle up. But let me remind people trust Ford do a comprehensive check to every car before sale. Course you do!

Outstanding service from Jeanette Roberts, from my initial enquiry late March, right through to collecting my Kuga yesterday. The in depth handover Jeanette did with me, was invaluable. I even received a follow up phone call today to check I was happy. Can’t fault Erdington. Kevern Williams was fantastic expediting the finance paperwork through for me too. Customer Service executed to perfection. Thank you both; I’m over the moon with my new Kuga.

My car was involved in an accident and the insurance told me to source a garage to sort the repairs, I chose Ford as its local to work and well its 'ford' got told the job would take a day or 2, but decided I'd leave my car there for 7 days whilst I was on holiday. The rear bumper was damaged and minor damage to rear light, the quote was £1100 I arrived to collect the car on Friday and the paintwork was absolutely awful, it had dirt underneath the new paint, a terrible finish on the paint and indent marks over several areas, a staff member came out and said that it would 'mop out' and not stress I could drop my car back off for them to do this, which I explained I start work 6am to 2pm, and have children to collect from school and this would be a Massive inconvenience. I also got quoted for a diamond Bright treatment, which has not been applied, it was done as a 'smart repair' I'm only leaving a 3 star because of the 2 men I spoke to today, I took my car back in, and was able to speak to matt, and an apprentice, both of whom were amazing and assured me that they would rectify the mistakes that the other sprayer made, and were so apologetic even though it was not there mistake to apologise for, these 2 guys today have put my mind at ease but overall not happy that it's even having to go back when it should of been completed correctly first time, and I didn't recieve the diamond Bright protection which has been included in with the job details
