Would never recommend you go to R Turley. Had my mom's rings for 4 months .unable to contact him at all .. went to get them back in the end only to find he hadn't even done them .. took somewhere else only to find will only take 2 weeks to do ... 😡😡😡

Don't recommend to anybody, he says the work will take 2 weeks and after 3 months and numerous times of going down to have the shop closed, the work to my rings wasn't even started. Got them back and took them elsewhere. You can't contact him so you have to take pot luck and he is never open at the times stated online. Very argumentative when finally confronted, absolutely horrible man!

Took over 4 months for my ring to be ready after being told it'll be a couple of weeks, I didn't receive a phone call to inform me it had been delayed or when it would be ready and when I tried calling it said the phone number wasn't recognised, after finally getting my ring back the repair he did broke after about a month.

Left a load of jewellery for alterations Did a great job on all of it matching the patterns and hand making pieces to add in. Looked after items right through lockdown. Did have worries contacting him but all was okay. Brilliant craftsman knows his stuff and recommended by shops in bhx quarter. My advise get job done while waiting or arrange collection day / time then the contact wont be an issue. Was very happy with work done
