I would give these lot 0* if it was an option!! - I received a letter from Turning point (which no one told me about!!) advising that someone would call me for an assessment. No one called. I called them to advise them of this as I did not want to be penalised for anything.. Lady on the phone sounded completely disinterested and useless. Just kept repeating that someone did call when CLEARLY I do not have a missed call or even a voicemail message ????? The people working for Turning point probably need help themselves. Absolutely vile human beings. Disgusting, useless, and pointless company which should be shut down immediately !! The people behind this should be ashamed!

This service is terrible. I was receiving help over a year ago with only phone calls available. The woman stopped phoning me then sent me a letter saying I was taken off the records due to no contact! I recently tried again to refer myself my details have been taken over the phone twice and twice I have been given an appointment for an assessment over the phone.. both times no one has phoned. Shocking service.

Imo: This organisation is seriously lacking in effectiveness and goodwill. And has an excess of dishonesty and financial greed... I looked at the profiles of people who leave 5* reviews and they seem VERY suspect to me, almost as if they were looking for some personal gain ( maybe they are paid, or are friends or family of staff members).

If live long enough if anybody wants to know this is a terrible service and the man I spoke to didn't help one bit spoke to me like i was a child and very condisending I'm not a child I'm a 35yr old man and probably know more about doing his job than his own self i rang for emotional support due to mental health and its left me wondering why I bothered very patronising shouldn't be working for a service like this whoever it was I spoke too

Never had the level of support I've have with Turning Point, first time for everything to help me knock alcohol on the head. Great support from Jarred in helping me towards my goal of detox and rehab. So motivated to achieve it this time around knowing he's got my back.
