Absolutely shocking service. Arranged for some works to be done for a pre arranged fee. Then they replace items without my authorisation. Only to then charge me £131 for a smoke detector head. They changed 20 without any instructions. The heads retail at £14 each. Then they invoice me for £4600. I challenge the bill and then they appoint a debt collector. They also said I needed a new control board. But I replied with “it’s working fine” then after 5 minutes of the engineer playing. With it. It now has a fault that wasn’t there prior. I will be seeing these con men in court.
