At a time of the greatest difficulty in dealing with the loss of our beautiful son, the kindness and care that this lovely lady called Angela showed me the other day was so caring and loving, she sat and listened, to what we thought we wanted as an idea, although this was our first visit and there may be other memorial company's and place's that can offer a similar service. But the dignity that I was shown at a time when my emotions came to the surface was unbelievable. I have never experienced this situation before and nor would I want to regularly, the fact that Angela is the person she is, made the whole experience so much easier. Yes you are buying and paying for a service, but I cannot express just how comforted I felt. Thankyou Angela, thankyou Tyas and Tyas (although the name may of changed, the reputation will carry on), with customer service and kindness like I was given, I will return to let you create our Sons memorial. I approached this company because they were local and a first interaction, showed them to be very friendly, sensitive and accommodating. I immediately felt assured of a respectful and efficient service. The result of the renovation to-my father’s and mother’s memorial, as I anticipated, was just marvellous. The result was what looked to be a brand new headstone. Such a well managed and fine service.
