7 days until Christmas and my 6 year old Bosch oven failed me. Fan was spinning and grill working, but no heat from the oven. Sunday morning, most repair outfits were shut. However this company wasn't. They diagnosed the fault over the phone and got back to me with a price for the repair and part that morning. By the same afternoon a polite gentleman turned up and got my oven working in no time. He also kindly changed the oven bulb for me at no cost and gave me some good advice for future care of the oven.
