This is completely rubbish, i booked for 4d scan on harley street they comfirmed and even deducted my deposit already and after a day i havent recieved any confirmation email so i called to asked but unfortunately one of the staff is totally not helpful and very nasty even raising her voice while talking to me, She told me her name is “ana” and was telling me that the available clinic is on chiswick which is very inconvenient for me. I was asking her if i cancelled can they give back the deposit, she said no. I was like thats not fair because at the first place they shoudnt confirm the booking if the place youre booking is not available for that scan.. and she continues to argue, and even told me “ ok then goodbye for your deposit and just hang up.. these people shouldnt be employed in this kind of job if they dont know how to handle costumers. Horrible experience.. totally rubbish
