Staff are helpful and nice but it's disorganised in there. The website will tell you it's open and let you buy tickets but when you arrive it might be closed or there's a private party, and they don't have the technology to refund you. I've wasted quite a lot of time going here with my baby and then having to find somewhere else because I can't get in. Just keep the website updated or something.

Took my 2 and 3 year old here, the venue is a decent size however is very tired and needs freshening up. Equipment and toys not to standard at all, broken/dusty toys, no ball pit and after awhile my kids were bored. Staff members were lovely, very welcoming. We was told they're moving to a new venue so hopefully they will be getting new equipment.

A great space for babies, my daughter loved crawling about with loads to play with. However it was pretty filthy, most toys were caked with dust and my baby want to put everything in her mouth. So definitely needs regular deep cleaning. Maybe more staff are needed to upkeep it as I didn't see one staff member apart from when we entered. one of the boards on the wall in the baby room was loose too and had a massive nail hanging, very dangerous for babies. So definitely need to work on the upkeep and maintenance. This is a shame as it's such a good space for little ones.

Such a boring place(even for a 2y old). Most of the toys do not function properly and are stained. The café looks sad and you won't get anything from there apart from a freezing small space without heating. No one works there and no one cares. The whole space looks entirely different from Google photos and we definitely won't be returning.
