It all started with the original insurance quote which tho' not the cheapest was the most convincing. Then we planned a lot of extra work as well. We have been very happy with the work carried out so far by the U & M team. They have been multi-talented carrying out demolition, reconstruction, painting, ecorating, gas and electrical, carpentry, tiling. all with the same team of 3 working continuously since they started. Highly recommended.

Surprised at the mixed reviews on here. My surveyor recommended that my external wall be repaired using resin bonding. I was struggling to get any firms to quote, let alone do the job and within a reasonable timeframe. U & M not only provided a value for money quotation but, amazingly, offered to do the job within 2 days of the quote. The staff were caring, friendly and professional. I was pleased that a long established local firm could do what I thought would be a job too small for them.
