Shanika was full of information and ideas, but most notably, she really knew what she was talking about as well as presenting illustrations to show what the place could look like. Worked with me on ideas, budget, times scale etc and I practically was able to take my hands off the wheel. The end result was so good that the place rented within 48hrs of posting it. I look forward to working on more projects together. This has showed me that presentation is everything and not just to rely on the market.
