    I ordered a parcel to the main reception, as you are supposed to and they lost it and we cannot get it back or see the CCTV footage to potential see where it went. Overall totally let down and won't trust them again. Better to order packages to my family's house and pick them up when I can.

    First of all do not even leave an automated response to my review, because you don’t take action nor is the reception even staffed to cater to my queries. I pay £140 a week for what? I pay 140 for the lift not to work for 3 weeks+ and this happens every month. I also play 140 to get my parcel 4-5 days late even after it getting delivered, I pay 140 plus an additional £6 for laundry just to have my clothes damp and dry it in my room.. I also pay 140 to have a heater in my room that doesn’t work.. do not tell me to contact this number or that number to resolve issues, because you guys have not solved a single of my requests I made through the app. 15-03-2023 edit Hi they replied asking me to contact them, it’s been 10 days I’ve typed the review and the lift worked for 4 days now it’s back to not working again. 22-03-2023 hello again, the lift has stopped working again and the water is out is this what I'm paying my money for? they even lost my parcel, the heater did not work through out winter.

    I wanted to give it a zero but that wasn't possible don't live here even if you're desperate poor wifi service ,mouldy bathrooms, flooding showers, brown tap water, and sometimes even no water at all ,rude staff, rooms are freezing cold with central heating that comes on rarely. popular place for gang violence and stabbings, because there is no security whatsoever. washing machines don't work, and are ridiculously priced , maintenance just enter without knocking and even when you're not in the room, the building is rundown and old and poorly maintained.Its not worth your money.

    the flats themselves, in the larger block, are pretty decent especially for the low price. however the sheer lack of security (broken entry doors/gate, and no security patrols) make me feel a little unsafe. also half of my flat are flat out rude but thats not Unite's fault, just the type of people to live here arent the most fun. It is the closest to town though so theres that!

    Dont send your kids here it's a dump. Scruffy, old and badly maintained. Flats are too big with tiny kitchens. Worst of all security is none existent. Flat in my daughters block had the door smashed in and someone was stabbed. Months later door is still not repaired.
