Booked a cab on 6th March for a journey on 31st March, for over £100 have just been informed by text (30/03/23) with 26 hours to go there are no drivers. I don't think this is a good service at all, what kind of business does this?!

Very easy booking, the lady was very polite. Got a confirmation text straight away. Let's hope the y will deliver great service. So far it has been great. Update. The actual ride was cancelled a day before. Left us in a pickle thus downgraded to two stars from five.

Do not use, they will accept bookings And cancel with no warning or Communication. The phone number is a joke no answer then turned off, you should be closed as a company. Edit: I got a text to confirm the booking with a link to track the driver at 4pm, then at 10:30pm it changed to cancelled. No call no communication nothing.this is why you have a bad review. Yes I didn’t get to use your service because you cancelled.

Didn't answer the phone in 3 separate calls Edit- assuming I called at all would imply a disbelief. I called multiple times due to being in dire need however, you did not answer the phone on the 3 occasions that were spaced out over about 20 mins. I don't only leave negative reviews Believe me but as a 1st time potential customer I won't be coming back.

We booked United Cars for a drop off and return from Heathrow for our holiday. Graham the driver was courteous and professional and helped us with our many cases on both trips. The taxi arrived on time and the prices are competitive. A very helpful service is that you receive a text to confirm the booking, which can be used to track the driver, and you receive confirmation that the driver has arrived. Fantastic service from United Cars, very impressed! Used them on 3 separate occasions and booked the journeys in advance so was sent confirmation and was able to track how far away the driver was (they were always on time). Graham, Gary and the lady I spoke to over the phone and via email were so friendly and helpful. Graham was waiting for us at the airport even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. I called to let him know the flight was delayed and he told us not to worry as he would track our flight and be there when we landed which put our minds at rest as we were attending my sister's wedding the next morning. Will definitely be using them again for my next visit 🙂
