  A while ago, I participated in the 2nd International Conference on AI and Machine Learning on October 26-27, 2022, in Dubai, UAE, organized by United Research Forum --director Dr Vanga. The conference was organized relatively well and there were several interesting talks and research results --although there were loads of low-quality talks as well. Anyway, my concern which I would like to share is the unprofessional and non-supportive behaviour of the organizers after the conference. To be more precise, due to political reasons which had nothing to do with me or my research, I could not pay the registration and accommodation fees for the conference online. I asked the organizers for on-spot registration to which they kindly agreed. My issues emerged after paying the fees: after I paid the fees I received two scans of the payment receipts without any signature, tax ID, etc. Essentially two pieces of paper with no legal value. I took the so-called receipts (as I had no other choice), and submitted them to our accounting department. Our accounting department did not accept those receipts and asked me to provide the original hard copies. So I contacted the organisers and informed them that our accounting department requires original copies of the receipts (not the scans). May you please post them? After sending more than ten emails to follow up and calling them without any answers, etc for more than three weeks, they replied that "sorry our managers are on vacation and we can fax them to you. Otherwise, we will contact you shortly." Up to now, more than 45 days have passed since the moment I wrote my first email to the organizer, they are still on vacation and I have never received any reply from them. I paid 1400$ for the conference and accommodation fee, and the parcel fee is around 10 or 20$ in the worst-case scenario. I don't how I should interpret such behaviours, but in my opinion, this is very cheap and unprofessional behaviour. The judgment is all yous. Cheers, Soroosh

  I had an awesome experience. The event was well planned, the reception I received from Mr Surendra was warm and pleasant. Always cheerful and willing to assist at every slight opportunity. Anna was spot on. I was looking forward to seeing her/him at the event. I don't know how Anna does it, all the question I asked received an answer in less than 1 minute even at odd times, when I am at a fixed. Well done team.
