Friendly staff but terrible service. Took my phone screen to be repaired and it hasn't worked properly since. Phone doesn't charge properly, glue left around the edges and I can only hear phone calls if I use loud speaker. Upon collecting my phone I also purchased a pair of headphones which do not work for making calls which was my main reason for buying. Disappointed as this cost me over £100.
