    Had an excellent experience with Universal Rentals. they were the first people I called out of a list of several for quotes and after speaking to Mark I was sold. I'm not sure how they compare price wise, to other companies, but I thought the rental price was very reasonable and found Mark to be very accommodating. The actual rental day everything went super smooth and a fast transaction. I hired a HP laptop for an online exam that required a higher screen resolution than I have. Should the need ever arise again I will certainly use this company again, and recommend to people I know.

    Universally amazing Had issues with my other computer so I was unable to use it for my exam Worried and stressed I found Universal Rentals on google Called up and spoke to Mark I have to say he was very friendly and helpful on the day. When I came in to collect the laptop, Mark was happy for me to run through the exam demo in the office. I would highly recommend UR for those who want to hire a laptop for a short while, the prices are also very reasonable.

    I needed a laptop to appear for an online exam and spoke to Mike about my laptop specifications. I asked the full model name so that I can check for myself . But he was very rude in his response stating that he has no time for that and I should either take it or move on. Not the professional behaviour that you would expect from the staff of a good business.
