Hi all :) So... My body was in complete mess and in constant pain. I was suffering from headaches in the forehead area on an almost daily basis, had issues with breathing, neck pain, back pain and lower legs pain. After starting seeing Lucky at "Upright Body Renewal - Chiropractor Birmingham", all the issues mentioned did not disappear but, pain in general has been reduced significantly after only a couple of sessions. Would highly recommend to anyone having spine related issues. Today, having headaches once in a week (much better than 5 times a week), pain in lower legs-gone, sleeping has improved, waking up much more refreshed and I can breathe better than before...The technique definitely works and is highly efficient! I cannot thank Lucky enough for the care he is providing. My sleep has improved. I’m feeling calmer, energised and happier! Along with far more clarity and less ‘fuzziness’ in my head. Although some may consider this as chiropractic care, it works in a different way and the benefits can be felt from the very first visit. I am so glad to have found Lucky, Niamh and Shreena. I’ve been dealing with back pain, sciatica and tenderness in my ankle - upright has made a huge difference, my back pain has improved, I’m able to sleep, sit and just move around without feeling pain. My posture has improved a lot, I feel more confident too. If you’re looking for long term changes and want to see an actual difference, cant recommend upright enough :)

I was recommended to see lucky to help with my posture. I had broken my ankle in July and had surgery in August. I was now in September and trying to put more weight on my ankle and improve my walking. After months on the sofa my posture was bad and I was only taking short steps while walking. Lucky explained very well how ABC could help me with my recovery and how better posture would help me walk better. I saw great improvements every week and was able to leave the clinic walking better and taking bigger strides every time as my posture improved. I felt taller, straighter and felt I could breath better. I did not believe that ABC would be able to help me but it has really surprised me and is somthing I will continue with to help me. If you don't believe this method can help you give it a try and I'm sure it will surprise you!
