Where do I start. Used the app for only the 2nd time gifting my mother a massage. Therapist Sarah (Hadika) rolled up late and had an attitude towards my mother from minute one, no conversation, no instructions on how the 60minute treatment will plan out, no questions asked regarding where focus will be given on her back, she massaged 1 area for so long my mother had to ask if she will be able to focus on other areas but she got a sigh and no impact anywhere else. She kept on insisting that a 90minute booking is required for a better outcome but by this time my mother was confused, when Sarah was asked if she treats all her other patients this way, she angrily/ abruptly stopped everything and left in such a rush 10mins before the full 60minutes were up. Stay well clear from this therapist.

I don't normally take time to write negative reviews but I have been using Urban for years and feel the need to point out how lacking in respect or value their teams have. Considering how much they were pushing couples massages for Valentines I'm surprised that they had nothing to offer when I had one of the therapists for a couples experience not show up last month, with only a text confirming this an hour before. There was no refund given, further to this, the other therapist showed up 20 minutes early without warning, making it quite uncomfortable to get settled in as I was coming home. Today I wanted to book a service for the same day but could not pay via the app. I was first told to open and close, then delete and re-install, and after I could not remember my password the reset link was telling me my account did not exist. I again contacted customer service who were rude and borderline harassing, and only after one whole hour I was given a temporary password and told that their system is not taking Paypal right now, which is why I had the issue in the first place. This whole waste of time comes with no apology or consideration for how that impacts someone who is trying to pay a wellness company for a service. Such a shame as it seems many loyal customers are being lost but clearly this company runs on profit and not any concern for the wellbeing of their clients like they like to market so vigorously.

Leaving this review with the hope that they'll fix their app. Three different payment options completely refuse to work with three different cards tried across multiple devices, with cards working fine elsewhere. Customer support says they won't do anything about it. Such a shame, the service itself was good.
